Your ADHD deserves more than a 15-minute med check.

Journey ADHD pairs you with a physician — not an NP, not a PA, an actual MD — who blends traditional and functional medicine to build a treatment plan around your brain. Not a protocol. You.

Sound familiar?

💊

You got diagnosed, got a script, and got sent on your way

Your "ADHD care" is a 10-minute check-in every 90 days with someone who barely knows your name

🔄

You've tried 3 medications and nobody's asked why the first two didn't work

📈

You're managing — but you know you could be doing better

🚪

You're tired of being treated like a prescription refill, not a person

Most ADHD treatment stops at "here's your Adderall." We think that's where it should start.

ADHD care that actually shows up.

🩺

MD-Only Care

Your care comes from Dr. Ed O'Bryan — a physician, not a mid-level provider. No handoffs, no delegation. The person who makes the decisions is the person who knows your history.

Beyond Stimulants

Stimulants work for a lot of people. But they're not the whole picture. We use peptides, functional medicine protocols, and targeted therapies most ADHD clinics don't even consider.

🧠

Traditional + Functional

We don't pick sides. We blend evidence-based psychiatry with functional medicine — because your brain chemistry doesn't fit in one box, and your treatment shouldn't either.

📱

Virtual-First, Human Always

Regular virtual check-ins from wherever you are. One in-person visit per year. No waiting rooms. No 6-week waits for an appointment. You have a doctor — act like it.

🎯

Not a Replacement — An Upgrade

We're not your primary care. We're the specialist your primary care should have referred you to. We optimize your ADHD treatment so everything else in your life works better.

Three steps. No hoops.

1

Book a Consultation

Tell us about yourself. We'll have an honest conversation about whether Journey ADHD is the right fit — no pressure, no sales pitch.

2

Get Your Plan

Dr. O'Bryan reviews your history, runs the right labs, and builds a treatment plan tailored to your specific brain chemistry. Not a template. Yours.

3

Stay Connected

Regular virtual check-ins. Medication adjustments when needed. A doctor who actually picks up when you have a question. This is what concierge care is supposed to feel like.

👨‍⚕️

Dr. Ed O'Bryan, MD

Board-Certified Physician · ADHD Specialist

Dr. O'Bryan didn't get into medicine to write scripts and move on. He got into it because he believed treatment should actually treat — not just manage symptoms into something tolerable.

With training in both traditional and functional medicine, Dr. O'Bryan brings a perspective most ADHD specialists simply don't have. He looks at the whole picture — your neurochemistry, your gut health, your sleep, your hormones — because ADHD doesn't exist in a vacuum, and neither should your treatment.

He founded Journey ADHD because he saw too many adults falling through the cracks: diagnosed, medicated, and forgotten. His approach is different. He takes fewer patients, spends more time, and treats each person like the complex, individual human they are.

"ADHD medication should be a tool, not a crutch. My job is to find the combination of tools — pharmaceutical, functional, and behavioral — that lets you operate at your best."

Simple pricing. Real care.

Questions you probably have

Yes. Dr. O'Bryan is a licensed physician in South Carolina and Tennessee. We follow all DEA and state regulations for prescribing controlled substances. The one annual in-person visit is part of that compliance — and it's also just good medicine.
Nothing — they're great for a lot of things. But ADHD medication management is nuanced. Stimulant dosing, drug interactions, hormone effects on attention, peptide therapies — this is specialist-level work. We believe you deserve a physician's training and judgment for decisions that affect your brain chemistry.
Functional medicine looks at root causes, not just symptoms. For ADHD, that means evaluating gut health, nutrition, sleep quality, hormonal balance, inflammation — all the factors that can make ADHD worse or make medication less effective. We don't replace your meds. We make them work better.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that can influence brain function, energy, focus, and recovery. Some show promising results for cognitive enhancement and neuroprotection. Dr. O'Bryan evaluates whether peptide therapy might complement your ADHD treatment plan.
Those services optimize for volume. We optimize for outcomes. You'll never see a different provider each visit. You'll never feel rushed. And your treatment will go far beyond "which stimulant, which dose." This is concierge-level care at a fraction of traditional concierge pricing.
Great — we'll review what's working and what isn't. Many patients come to us on medication that's "fine" but not optimal. We look deeper.
Journey ADHD is a direct-pay membership practice. We don't bill insurance. This lets us spend actual time with you instead of fighting with prior authorizations. At ~$150/month, most patients find this costs less than their copays + deductibles at traditional practices.
Not yet — we're required to be licensed in your state. But we're expanding. Drop your email and we'll let you know when we're in your area.
It's a comprehensive check-in — physical exam, labs, face-to-face conversation with Dr. O'Bryan. Required for controlled substance prescribing, but honestly, it's valuable regardless. We'll coordinate scheduling at a convenient location.

Ready to stop settling?

You've lived with ADHD long enough to know the difference between "managed" and "optimized." Between a provider who refills your prescription and a doctor who actually knows you.

Journey ADHD exists for adults who want more. More attention to their attention. More options than just stimulants. More from their doctor than a 10-minute slot every quarter.

~$150/month. One physician. A plan built for your brain.
